Setup/teardown/security crew member, Eastern Washington Department of Veteran Affairs

The Veteran Stand Down was a charity event that provided veterans in the eastern Washington area with free medical screening, job and educational opportunites, clothing and supplies, and other social aid.

  • Provided security and verified the veterans' benefits eligibility for the surplus store
  • Helped with the cleanup/teardown after the event
  • Attended by 400 military veterans, with over 200 being homeless
